Shipping policy

US Shipping

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 per order. We offer free domestic standard shipping to the USA on orders over $75 USD. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied. Standard U.S. shipping for all other orders will be listed at checkout and typically arrives 3-5 days after the order has been processed and marked as "shipped". All other prices and shipping times are shown based on customer preferences during checkout.

LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package missing, please let us know  immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area where you feel safe with the item being left.

 DAMAGES

If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@theruralnation.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged product are required.
