Refund policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect product you may return it within 14 days after arrival for a full refund or exchange. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your goods were delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Every product is made-to-order, for that reason, we do not offer returns due to buyer's remorse or ordering the wrong size. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
