Our goal at The Rural Nation is to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, contact us at support@theruralnation.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

✔️ Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full replacement or refund. Just send us a photo of the issue.

✔️ Every product is made to order just for you, so other returns and exchanges are handled case by case. If you're not happy, reach out and we'll work with you.

✔️ Requests made more than 30 days after delivery aren't eligible for a refund.

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made the mistake.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
